SibyX 是一个开放式的端到端加密（E2EE）信息交流平台。用户的身份密钥由设备本地生成，并仅存储于用户本人设备之上；平台服务器及中继节点在系统设计上不持有、也无法获取用户的通信明文与私钥。
本平台仅提供加密通信的技术通道，不对用户所传输的信息内容进行编辑、托管或审查。
您在使用本平台前，应当知悉并同意：您须遵守所在国家及地区的法律法规，以及您所连接的中继节点运营方所在地的相关法律要求。
您对所发布、传输、接收的每一则信息，独立承担全部法律责任。
您不得利用本平台制作、复制、发布、传播任何违反法律法规或公序良俗的内容，包括但不限于以下各类：
本清单为非穷尽列举，平台有权基于普遍法律原则与公序良俗对明显违法不良信息进行识别与处置。
由于本平台采用端到端加密，通信内容在离开您的设备前即已由您本地密钥加密，除通信双方持有对应密钥的设备外，任何第三方（含本平台、中继运营方、网络运营商）在技术上均无法获取通信明文。
因此，本平台无法、亦无能力对您通过本平台传输的通信内容进行事前审核、实时监控、内容过滤或主动干预。您理解并同意，这一技术特性是平台隐私保护的基石，同时也意味着平台对通信内容不承担责任。
因本平台在技术上无法访问通信明文，本平台无权、亦无法对您使用本平台所产生的任何内容、行为及后果进行审核或干预。
任何个人或组织通过本平台发布、传输、接收、存储的信息，以及由此产生的任何法律责任、纠纷、损失或主张，均由该用户自行承担，与本平台及其中继运营方无关。本平台及其中继运营方不承担任何连带或替代责任。
为保障消息可达，您可能需要连接本平台官方或第三方提供的中继节点。请您知悉：
本平台保留根据法律法规变化及运营需要修改本政策说明的权利。重大变更将通过版本号更新与界面提示方式告知；您在变更后继续使用本平台，即视为接受修订后的政策。
针对本平台官方运营的中继服务，若发现明显用于违法犯罪活动、或严重违反本政策说明的连接，本平台保留断开连接、拒绝转发、封禁相关公钥之权利（在去中心化架构下，此权利仅约束官方中继，不约束您自行搭建的节点）。
您的身份完全由本地密钥决定。密钥丢失意味着身份与历史记录不可恢复；请勿向任何人透露您的私钥或助记信息。因密钥保管不当导致的任何损失，由您自行承担。
本平台因技术限制无法主动审查通信内容。如您认为存在违法犯罪信息，请直接向所在地区相关执法机关或主管部门举报；必要时本平台可在法律要求范围内，协助提供官方中继节点的运营方联系信息以供执法协查。
SibyX is an open end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) communication platform. The user's identity keys are generated locally on the device and stored only on the user's own device; the platform servers and relay nodes are, by design, unable to hold or access the user's plaintext communications or private keys.
The platform merely provides the technical channel for encrypted communication and does not edit, host, or review the content transmitted by users.
Before using the platform, you should acknowledge and agree that you must comply with the laws and regulations of the country and region where you are located, as well as the relevant legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which the relay node you connect to operates.
You bear sole and full legal responsibility for every message you post, transmit, or receive.
You must not use the platform to create, copy, publish, or disseminate any content that violates laws/regulations or public order and good morals, including but not limited to the following categories:
This list is non-exhaustive; the platform reserves the right to identify and handle obviously illegal/harmful content based on general legal principles and public order.
Because the platform uses end-to-end encryption, content is encrypted by your local key before leaving your device; apart from devices holding the corresponding keys of the communicating parties, no third party (including the platform, relay operators, and network carriers) can technically access the plaintext.
Therefore, the platform is unable and has no capability to pre-review, monitor in real time, filter, or actively intervene in the communications transmitted through it. You understand and agree that this technical characteristic is the cornerstone of the platform's privacy protection, and also means the platform bears no responsibility for communication content.
Because the platform technically cannot access the communication plaintext, the platform has no right, nor is it able, to review or intervene in any content, conduct, or consequences arising from your use of the platform.
The information published, transmitted, received, or stored by any individual or organization through the platform, and any legal liability, disputes, losses, or claims arising therefrom, shall be borne solely by that user, and are unrelated to the platform and its relay operators. The platform and its relay operators assume no joint or vicarious liability.
To ensure message reachability, you may need to connect to relay nodes provided by the platform or third parties. Please note:
The platform reserves the right to modify this policy in accordance with changes in laws/regulations and operational needs. Material changes will be notified via version-number updates and in-interface prompts; your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Regarding the relay service operated by the platform officially: if a connection is found to be clearly used for illegal/criminal activity or in serious violation of this policy, the platform reserves the right to disconnect, refuse forwarding, and ban the relevant public key (under the decentralized architecture, this right only constrains official relays and does not constrain nodes you set up yourself).
Your identity is entirely determined by your local keys. Loss of keys means identity and history are unrecoverable; do not disclose your private keys or mnemonic to anyone. Any loss due to improper key custody is borne by you.
The platform cannot proactively review communication content due to technical limitations. If you believe illegal/criminal information exists, please report directly to the relevant law-enforcement authorities or competent department in your region; where necessary and within the scope required by law, the platform may assist by providing the contact information of the official relay node operator for law-enforcement investigation.
